East Texas Magic Receives Invitation to Play in 2010 PrimeTime Sports National Tournament

The East Texas Magic, an East Texas girls select basketball team, has received an at-large invitation to compete in the PrimeTime Sports National Tournament for their 3rd consecutive year, to be played in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, July 21st - 25th.

May 5, 2010 - PRLog -- With former NFL great Deion "Prime Time" Sanders acting as the company's primary spokesman, the PrimeTime Sports National Championship has become the fastest growing youth national basketball tournament in the country.  In 2009, nearly 600 teams participated in the National Championship, making it the largest single venue national championship in the country.  Plans are being made for more than 750 teams participating in the 2010 National Championship.

The East Texas Magic, coached by Scott Williams and Mark Compton, is a licensed member of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), and is a part of the Southwestern District of Texas.  The 2010 roster consist of the following players: Reagan Allen, Lauren Bersano, Lani Compton, Lexi Jo Houston, Kennedy Jinright, Madison Montgomery, Leanna Walker, and Macy Williams.
