1E CEO Sumir Karayi to Present at International Energy Efficiency Forum, EE Global 2010

May 4, 2010 - PRLog -- New York, Tuesday 4th May – Sumir Karayi, CEO, 1E, a software and services company that improves IT efficiency by identifying and reducing costs and waste in hardware, software, energy and time, today will present on Energy Efficient IT during the Changing the World panel session on Wednesday 12th May at 09:00-10:30 at the third Energy Efficiency Global Forum & Exposition (EE Global) in Washington, D.C., May 10-12, 2010.

The session will explore new ICT technologies that are enabling tremendous energy savings in data centers, businesses and residences, and also details how the internet – through social networks and applications – is changing consumer and business energy use patterns. During the session, Karayi will offer best practise tips on increasing efficiency and eliminating data center waste and how organizations to realize significant energy savings with desktop power management, highlighting how award-winning solutions like NightWatchman® and NightWatchman® Server Edition from 1E can combat these issues.
