May 5, 2010 - PRLog -- It was a beautiful night on Maui when crooner Brian Evans and comedian David Spade teamed up to perform for Evans' creation, The Maui Celebrity Series, this past Friday night at The Maui Theatre on Maui, Hawaii.

"David was a trooper. The series is new and this is all new to Lahaina, and he was terrific about helping the mission of bringing more tourists to the island that has suffered a lot during these economic times," says Evans.

Comedian Nick Swardson, currently acting in a new movie starring Adam Sandler, popped in as a special guest.

"Nick is one of Hawaii's favorites, as the audience response confirmed," says Evans.

This is his fourth concert. Every month a different star appears. It began with Brian Evans and William Shatner, followed by Brian Evans and Roseanne Barr, Brian and Paul Rodriguez, and now Brian and David Spade and Nick Swardson.

"I look forward to Tom Arnold, who will be performing and hosting local comics on May 29th," says Evans.
