Niagara’s Newest Dining Experience Wants to Become a Local Favourite

May 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Niagara Falls, Ontario -– The steak is sizzling at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse and it’s not just tourists who are welcome.  Now open at Hilton Hotel and Suites, Brasa is offering a 10% discount and free valet parking to local residents when they dine at any three of their on-site restaurants.

Brasa is a new and authentically Brazilian dining concept transported to the Niagara region.  Under the direction of Southern Brazil native, Ricardo Zanona, Brasa’s meat servers, called gaúchos slowly cook savory cuts of beef, chicken, pork and lamb on over an open flame. Salads and fresh grilled vegetables are offered on a buffet, while traditional Brazilian hot sides including, fried polenta and Brazilian corn bread, are served family-style.

“With Brasa, we wanted to offer our guests an experience that they couldn’t find anywhere else in the area,” Annunziata noted. “The food and service is wonderful and the atmosphere is fun,” he added.
