Exhibit Of Serenity, A Major Exhibit Of Paintings By Award Winning Artist

May 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Dave Beckett one of Canada's leading artists in pastel, will unveil a unique collection of new works that aptly describe his style.. "Paintings of Serenity"  aptly describes this 71 year old artist's work. From coast to coast the early morning mist rising from a northern lake, the tranquil water of a glacial waterfall are among the subjects he depicts in his paintings. "I want the view to feel the peace and tranquility of the piece. We need this in our busy lives." The exhibit of 80 paintings will be held at the Joseph D.Carrier Art Gallery in Toronto, June 4 to July 5, 2010, no admission. The gallery is located at Dufferin Street and Lawrence Avenue.
