April 30, 2010 - PRLog -- Delhi, Ontario, May 1/10 - Nichols Gravel has faced seven years of intimidation, harassment, charges and court hearings because the Ministry of Natural Resources has not complied with their legislation.

The 67 year old company applied for a license to operate a quarry in 1999.  In 2001 the Ontario Municipal Board ordered the MNR to issue a license subject to 55 opeational conditions.  The MNR failed to comply with this order and instead issued 23 pre-operational conditions to the license even though they did not have the authority to do so.  Since then Nichols Gravel has faced years of court battles and on Jan 27/2010 was fined over $500,000 for alleged operation of an illegal quarry.  These charges were based on fabricated, falsified documents.  Read the entire story at www.injusticecanada.com.
