We understand the needs of students who wish to get something more than a boring Gym Workout without the potential injuries associated with competition and full contact sparring. Muay Thai is a dual purpose hobby; you'll get in shape and at the same time, learn self defense techniques that really work! We do not require or pressure students to compete or spar full contact in any of our classes - we leave it up to each individual student to set their own level of intensity while still providing you with a challenging workout.
