Has A Toronto with Heart Become a B City of Crime Thugs and Punks?

Cops are always telling citizens not to get involved yet now criticize them for doing what they suggested we should not attempt to do at any time. What gives?
April 28, 2010 - PRLog -- First for the police to attempt to lay blame on those who for whatever reason did not intervene
Reportedly against two black thug punks in their teens or twenties is a little disingenuous.

Cops are always telling citizens not to get involved yet now criticize them for doing what they suggested we should not attempt to do at any time. What gives?

Do police now want Torontonians to arm themselves, like the people in USA cities do, to protect ourselves against such thugs and punks that continually ride and harass people on public transit throughout our good city with heart?

With today’s technologies why does the TTC not have voice active alarms and cameras on our public transit systems? We sure as heck cannot afford armed police on every subway car or bus. Will this be used during budget debates as an example why the police cannot reduce their spending and must increase the number of uniformed officers on the force?

Secondly with snatch and grabs of iPods, cell phones etc. fairly common daily occurrences on the TTC, according to transit officials, the Police who have continued to ignore the fact that there is also a gang problem within and throughout Toronto should admit that like Detroit and other USA cities, Toronto has a more serious criminal element which they are unwilling or unable to address properly.

Violent crime by census tract here is a top 20 list:
1      Carlton/Dundas/Jarvis/Parliament
2      SE of Jane/Finch
3      Queen/Dundas/Jarvis/Parliament
4      NE of Jane/Finch
5      Off Kipling N of Lake Shore
6      Queen/Dundas/Spadina/Bathurst
7      Danforth W of Victoria Park to Main
8      SW Parkdale
9      Martin Grove/Albion Road/Kipling/West Humber
10      SE of Driftwood/Finch

-Pockets of Scarborough are bad particularly Midland and Lawrence.  A lot of Punjabi gangs around there it would seem.
-Tuxedo court located at Eglington and Markham road. Lots of Indians/Muslims it would appear as we do not wish to have racial profiling in any way and apparently lots of stabbings between Muslims gangs also but this has quieted down over the past couple years though we are told.

Toronto areas to be on your guard:
-rexdale
-chalkfarm
-driftwood
-jane and finch
-cataraqui park
-Chester Le
-Midland n' Lawrence
-Shoreham
-areas of jarvis
-areas of sherbourne
-regent park

Toronto must as a city clean up these gangs of thug, punks and legally yet quickly get them off the streets, out of the public transit systems by whatever means necessary. Those found to be under age go after their parents for non parenting skills and when these so called juveniles commit violent crimes through the book at them.

However our current system of justice is also partially to blame for its continued handing out of far too many lenient sentences, slaps on the wrists and five year sentencing for murder to these juvenile punk  thugs who know all too that they have nothing to lose when it comes to beating up or stealing from any defenseless citizen. Just go to the courts on any day a see how uncivilized and disregard for the respect of society and the law they can display.

Finally the police themselves have to understand and realistically acknowledge to the people of Toronto that it is never too late for them to come clean with the law abiding citizens within the city. Unfortunately as yet they seem unable to do the job they were hired to do, serve and protect. Partially because of the justice system and their hand continually being tied by the bleeding heart members of the current Police Service Board.

Career politicians and week kneed judges along with our criminal justice system have allowed Toronto to go from A city with Heart to become what lately appears to be the Bad and Ugly city without a heart or sole.
