This no-cost workshop is designed for HR professionals in transition and will focus on verbal and non-verbal techniques for ensuring that HR professionals will be able to present themselves in the best way possible during the interview.  Gary will reveal the correct way to prepare for the interview, how to create instant rapport with the interviewer, what you should be prepared to discuss, the secrets of winning a behavioral interview, and what questions you should ask in the interview to convey your interest, competence and preparedness for the job.  Gary will also provide interview follow-up techniques that will help you to stand out from the crowd of applicants.

Gary is the Past President of the American Society of Training and Development, Fort Lauderdale Chapter, the Human Resources Association of Broward County, and currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Human Resource Management Association of Palm Beach County.  He has presented at many National and Local conferences and conducts workshops on behavioral interviewing for hiring managers.
