April 26, 2010 - PRLog -- PALM DESERT, CA - The recent success and prominence enjoyed by the National Association of Women REO Brokerages (NAWRB) was readily apparent Thursday, as scores of industry professionals visited NAWRB’s booth at the REOMAC® Spring Summit in Palm Desert, California.  Having only recently celebrated its eighth month of operation, NAWRB took the opportunity at REOMAC® to communicate a brand new set of initiatives and projects to the industry.

“Events such as REOMAC® are the perfect opportunity for NAWRB to continue to grow as an integral force in the industry,” said NAWRB President and Founder Desirée Patno, speaking from the organization’s booth.  “These conferences allow us to communicate our organizations message, while also enabling us to inform attendees about the opportunities and programs available to them through NAWRB.”

Patno, joined at the booth by fellow NAWRB associates and members, had a number of new developments to share with conference attendees.  In early April, NAWRB premiered the organization’s Education Series initiative with the first in a series of webinars featuring expert speakers presenting discussions designed to keep members up-to-date with all of the industry’s changes.  Additionally, the NAWRB Community Enhancement non-profit program was put into full effect, finalizing its first donation recently to Welsh Green Park, located in Hemet, California.

Most recently, the organization debuted the NAWRB Opt In Opportunity Program (OIOP), featuring a number of benefits offered exclusively to NAWRB members that can help allow each member the edge they need to further develop their success.  The OIOP brings its members expert industry literature and publications at highly discounted rates, free admission to all of NAWRB’s Education Series webinars, and exclusive access to in-market advertising opportunities through NAWRB’s online community.

“All of our new programs continue to make NAWRB the premier organization for women ownership in the REO and Default Services Industry,” Patno stated.  “The characteristic that sets NAWRB apart from other organizations in the industry is our close attention to the needs of businesses.  NAWRB’s unique ability to extend membership to entire businesses allows the organization to stand apart in supporting women owned companies.”

The National Association of Women REO Brokerages (NAWRB) is a membership-based association committed to providing excellent services while promoting the success and leadership of women owned companies within the REO and Default Services community.

Our countrywide registry features Women REO Brokerages and Businesses in chapters all across the United States. Through this network, NAWRB continually promotes the achievement and expansion of Women REO Brokerages and Businesses and contributes to the collective accomplishments of all professional women.

“NAWRB serves to recognize and promote the strengths, successes and unlimited potential of Women Brokerages and Businesses in the REO and Default Services. Through outstanding accomplishments of its members, NAWRB offers Women REO Brokerages and Businesses the opportunity to work in solidarity and be identified within the national organization to further the success of women ownership in our field.”
