Kristen has over 11 years of experience in the spa and skin care industry; therefore, massage therapy perfectly compliments her existing services.

Kristen will be offering Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy and clinical sports massage.  Swedish massage is a popular full-body massage intended to relax the entire body and improve circulation.  Neuromuscular therapy, also referred to as deep-tissue massage, is a comprehensive, advanced clinical massage focusing on body pain and dysfunction.
