Lennar’s Open Late To Save You Eight

Homebuilder Will Be Open Friday, April 30 From 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. To Accommodate Every Potential Homebuyer Wanting To Take Advantage Of The Tax Credit Savings – 25 Dollar Deposit Secures A New Home

April 26, 2010 - PRLog -- Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, is pulling out all the stops to ensure that every potential homebuyer wanting to take advantage of the tax credit savings is accommodated. On Friday, April 30, the homebuilder will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and for this one day only a 25-dollar deposit will secure a brand new Lennar home.

April 30th is the last day prospective homebuyers have the opportunity to take advantage of the first-time homebuyer tax credit. If you haven’t owned a home in the last three years you may qualify to receive the first-time homebuyer government tax credit of up to $8,000. Current homeowners may also be able to receive up to a $6,500 tax credit. These tax credits are not loans and there is no repayment required, but prospective homebuyers have to act now because homes must be purchased by Friday April 30 and close by June 30.

“It does not appear that there will be an extension on this tax credit program,” said David Grove, Division President for Lennar San Antonio. “With the potential for interest rates to continue to climb, this is truly the last chance to get the best deal.”

With the urgency created by the expiration of the tax credits, the availability of completed homes is dwindling.  “Though we currently have a few homes in each of our San Antonio area communities that qualify for the tax credit,” said Grove, “we have definitely seen a decrease in those numbers over the last few months.”  Buyers that are ready to make a decision can visit Welcome Home Centers in the San Antonio area during extended hours on April 30 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Welcome Home Center locations are available in San Antonio including Candlewood, Preserve at Indian Springs, Kallison Ranch and Trophy Ridge, as well Sedona in Schertz, Cibolo Valley Ranch in Cibolo, and Magnolia Springs in New Braunfels.

Lennar will also be offering special one-day only incentives on select brand new inventory homes.

“This is the last day these historic tax credits are available,” explains Grove. “Whether it’s staying open late or making it that much easier to secure a home with only a 25 dollar deposit, we are committed to helping homebuyers take advantage of these savings.”

With 7 communities throughout the San Antonio area, Lennar has a variety of homes for first time and move-up buyers that offer the most desired features and upgrades.  Their commitment to superior design and construction is equaled only by a pledge to Lennar homebuyers for complete satisfaction before, during and long after you move in.

Prospective homebuyers can visit LENNAR.COM/sanantonio to see community details and make an appointment with a Lennar New Home Consultant before April 30 if they want to reserve an appointment time.

This is the perfect time to buy a brand new Lennar home, with the rare combination of the Federal tax credits, builder incentives and $25 deposits. Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to choose from Lennar’s broad selection of completed inventory homes, which have been discounted for an immediate sale.

Your keys to your new home are waiting for you at any Lennar Welcome Home Center. For a complete list of Communities in your area visit Lennar.com.
