Brighter Holograms, Less Fuss

April 23, 2010 - PRLog -- LitiHolo continues to make holograms easier and more accessible to individuals by today announcing the launch of its new 2.0 “Instant Hologram” Film.  The new upgraded hologram film material makes brighter holograms with shorter exposure times, while maintaining the original material’s ease of use and simplicity.  LitiHolo introduced the first “Instant Hologram” Film with its unique Hologram Kit in 2004, which allowed individuals to make holograms right in their own home, with no chemicals and no processing.  Now, with the new 2.0 “Instant Hologram” Film, making holograms is even easier – with brighter results.

After the Hologram Kit’s package redesign a little less than a year ago, LitiHolo has continued to improve its original product.  Over the years, larger distributors have expanded the reach of the Hologram Kit, including groups like Hammacher Schlemmer, ThinkGeek, Science Kit, and Edmund Scientifics.  The upgrade to the new 2.0 “Instant Hologram” Film will provide its users with an even better hologram experience.  Paul Christie, President of Liti Holographics, comments, “Our kits still make holograms without the fuss or difficulty of chemicals and developing, but now with improved quality of the holograms and less time.”

In the past, the typical hologram-making process can take hours to complete, involving heavy chemicals and specialized equipment.  Christie says, “Our kits are easy for people to try and get great results.  The quality and reliability of this new film will continue to add additional benefits not only for our new customers, but for the existing hologram community as well.”  Liti Holographics hopes to continue to move forward with its product, expanding to new individuals and exploring new technologies.  

The Hologram Kit, complete with 20 plates of the 2.0 “Instant Hologram” Film, is available for purchase at a retail price of $149.00, and contains everything you need to make real 3D laser hologram right in your home or classroom.  The new 2.0 film is also available separately, in a 2x3 inch size for $79 per 20-pack, and a Sample 10-Pack for $40.00.  A new size offering of 4x5 inches will also be available shortly for the price of $155 per 12-pack, and $79 per 6-pack.
