Creating movements with lines and colours, and shapes that bring a flow of energy into the room, to the degree that people can feel this in their bodies, is the purpose of energy art.
Relating to primal art and energy totems, which have been used in civilisations since the dawn of time, energy art is exciting, stimulating and can also be understood as "art with a purpose".
Starfields says, "Energy art is based on visions, and these visions can be spontaneous, but they can also be brought into being by asking simple questions, for example to say, give me a movement that will solve problem X.
"This is translated into flowing shapes and colours, and creates a unique work of art that has a very specific resonance and energy which can be felt, even by people who don't normally feel energy, or understand modern art at all."
This exhibition which is held in conjunction with the 8th international EmoTrance conference is open to all.
