The Chocolate Belles offers cakes in 10 different tasty icing, over 13 delicious cake flavors, and over 20 yummy fillings- a variety bound to satisfy the guests at your wedding.

When asked about the most memorable wedding cake made by Chocolate Belles, Ann Short said the following: "We have baked so many cakes! From cakes decorated in classic butter-cream icing to most elaborate fondant cakes. Once we decorated a cake for one bride whose groom was a fireman. The entire cake was "inflamed" with the figurine of the bride topping the cake and with the fireman-groom climbing the ladder to save his bride!"

The Chocolate Belles in conveniently located on the Chambers Bridge Road not far from the municipal complex of the Township of Brick, New Jersey and the Brick Township High School. Chocolate Belles operating hours are from 10 AM to 6PM Monday through Friday and 10AM to 5PM on Saturday.
