April 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Valle De Guadalupe is in the Baja California region of Mexico. The region is south of San Diego by less than 100 miles. The Vineyard L.A.Cetto has been there for over 80 years and quietly produces more than five hundred thousand cases that they export all around the world. The U.S. got a subtle hint of there capability last year when L.A.Cetto won double gold at the San Fransisco World Wine and Spirits competition and then took another Double Gold at the Tasters Guild awards for its Nebbiolo. Yes, I said Nebbiolo and it is not from Italy. The Cetto family is however Italian and emigrated to Mexico 80 years ago with vines in their travel bags. With Cinco De Mayo around the corner this wine may be in demand as they have just won a gold medal at Vinalies Internacional in Paris France - (March 2010) for their Petite Sirah. A land of greatness. Beer, Tequila and now wine. . Viva de Vino de Mexico !!!!
