For just $39 per person, guests can enjoy an incredible array of culinary creations including a fresh raw bar, brunch station, piping hot soups, crisp salads, specially-prepared entrees, and a delectable dessert buffet.

Begin with jumbo shrimp, oysters and clams with a traditional cocktail sauce.  Enjoy a delicious made-to-order omelet or vanilla custard-filled French toast with warm berry compote. For your next course, try the potato leek and fennel soup, asparagus and artichokes or tomato infused Israeli cous-cous salad with mushrooms.

Entrees feature carved chili-rubbed petite filet; glazed-honey ham; herb-roasted Spring leg of lamb; chili, red pepper and cheese-filled roulade; pan-seared salmon fillet with tomato basil relish; shrimp scampi ravioli; scalloped potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Finally, visit the expansive dessert buffet offering an incredible selection of delicacies. There is also a children’s buffet with all their favorites. Kids under 8 eat free!

The entire meal is being supervised by Chef Rosenbauer, whose culinary talents are well known.
