Grantham, also an adjunct professor at the University of Texas School of Law leading one of the nation’s first courses on e-discovery, is an integral presenter during the conference’s inaugural two-day, seven-panel legal track. Her session, scheduled for April 27 at 1:30 p.m. CT and eligible for CLE and ethics credits, will focus on the ethical considerations presented by electronic discovery. Special areas of discussion will include issues addressed by the Model Rules and ethical concerns that could affect the practice of e-discovery in litigation. The ARMA Houston 2010 Conference, to be held on April 27-28 at the Norris Conference Center in Houston, highlights best practices and the newest technologies for more than 300 information content professionals and service providers. This is the first year that ARMA has featured a legal track, which is qualified for CLE and ethics credit (8.75 CLE and 1.75 ethics credits are pending with the State Bar of Texas.)
