It's nice to be able to wear a plunging neckline and have it be elegant."

Well, looks like she realized that a very small boob job will keep those tops looking elegant too and another source said of Kate's decision: "Kate makes jokes about her boobs, but her chest has always been one of her biggest insecurities."
