Hotel Professional Services a Singapore based company owned and operated by CoW Pte Ltd, launches officially it’s mystery guest program for the hospitality industry.  The mystery guest program, Hotel Secret Services, is tailor made to resorts and villa complexes or estates.  

First and foremost, Hotel Secret Services is a mystery guest program based on the guest experience.  Armed with a thorough checklist, mystery guests check-in incognito and experience a typical short holiday at an establishment.  Completely secret, the guests’ stay offers a list of comments and standards witnessed, giving the General Manager of the Hotel a view of the services from the guest’s perspective.
