Team24 Celebrate Family Success At Glittering Awards Ceremony

April 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Healthcare recruitment specialists, Team24 won the prestigious Family Business of the Year award at the Fast Growth Business Awards ceremony last night in London. The Surrey based company beat off stiff competition to be crowned Family Business of the Year. The award – heralded on the night by the judges as one of the most important categories in the competition - recognises and celebrates the value that family businesses have to both the local and national economy.

The Fast Growth Business Awards are organised by Growing Business Magazine to acknowledge the UK’s most ambitious businesses.  Team24 was founded in 2005 by Robert Stiff and his wife, Catherine. Team24 places doctors and nurses in temporary placements within GP surgeries, NHS Trusts and private hospitals.

Family is central to Team24’s ethos so winning the Family Business of the Year award is a significant recognition for the company’s core values. The company employs Robert and Catherine’s children Katie, Chloe and Mark, and all were present on the evening at the five-star London Marriott Hotel to collect the award and celebrate.

The judges felt that Team24’s commitment to family values that extends to every staff member was remarkable. They agreed with Team24’s belief that maintaining a shared goal is key to a successful business operation. The judges praised the company for its dedication to create a sense of family and belonging in the work place.
