Wind System in Nova Verta Spray Booths

April 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Nova Verta Spray Booths are provided with sophisticated solutions, easy to be used, so the user can paint the selected vehicle with every kind of paints.

Special devices can be applied, both inside or outside the booth, to obtain the best result:  they are able to increase and speed up the air movement, making easier the phases of flash-off and bake.

Specially designed blowers, located on the exterior, introduce the pre-filtered air inside the booth through ceiling filters: this air can be amplified by the flow coming from the Wind System. Thanks to the adjustable nozzles located in the four corners of the booth, it is possible to expedite the air velocity up to nine times than standard booths, and to assure a perfect and equal distribution in the room.

The Wind system, designed for waterborne coatings, accelerates flashing and baking time, and consequently it reduces the duration of the different phases. It can be used with every material without causing a too high energy consumption.

The tests, made from major coating manufacturers, show a flash-off time reduction up to 50%, a bake cycle time reduction up to 60% and an energy savings up to 30%.

The Wind System nozzles are protected, when not used, from accidental painting by pneumatic door covers. Great quality and the best attention paid to every details.
