Spain in the 80s. Now living back in the UK and running Frantastic Paella, she brings all her experience to the very heart of your party. With a huge selection of 25 pans of varying sizes, she can now cook for up to 600 guests. Clients come from all walks of life, celebs, charities, corporate, and to the simple home celebrations.

Frantastic Paella provides a truly unique and flexible service, with bespoke Paella packages and Sangrias - complete with chef/hostess/waiters - tailored for all budgets and requirements catering for unlimited numbers in a wide range of venues and locations. Frantastic Paella uses only the finest ingredients; all produce is organic where possible and fresh local produce is used.

Frantastic is based in the beautiful village of Betchworth, Surrey, where Four Weddings and a Funeral was filmed. Fran decided four years ago to venture into paella party catering after many successful parties in her own home. As an avid chef and party thrower “it seemed like the best thing to do as everyone kept asking me to do another,” she commented. With many testimonials to her credit she has taken the business further, catering for weddings and parties to suit all budgets, incorporating refreshing Sangrias and tasty Tapas.

Fran takes Frantastic all over the South of England and is now extending into the Midlands such is her popularity. Weddings are becoming very popular and, as an ex event planner, she can incorporate her skills into these as well. With the recession still hitting, low cost Frantastic Paellas make perfect sense. And, because she makes an effort to keeping costs low, it enables clients to splash out on her large selection of Sangrias. “We went to an expert cocktail maker, who has created some fabulous variations on Sangria,“ she explained. Frantastic Paella was started in 2006, with small local parties, and grown over the years. 2010 sees Frantastic take on 2 more chefs, and has a pastry chef in charge of making all the desserts. This year Frantastic has added Sangrias and a Tapas section to bring the Spanish theme to all parties. Clients can also make use of the large selection of Flamenco dancers, Guitar players, and Feather dancers from Brazil for a real authentic which come highly recommended.
