CASHnCHECKS Successful In The Maiden City

April 11, 2010 - PRLog -- The famous country music duet is in the Emerald Isle doing what they do best for the delight of the country music adoring Irish fans! With the advent of being a regular on the NMW (New Music Weekly) country music charts, the group has opted for spreading their wings and bringing their marvelous entertainment extravaganza to the UK and around the globe. When asked  "why Ireland", Paycheck remarked that he has some plans for a new and interesting sound for their country music that starts in Ireland. Having historic roots in the Gaelic country he says, he has always felt in his blood and bones, every time he hears some Gaelic music. Now to incorporate a wee bit of that original sound into what is already a grand success, should bring CASHnCHECKS closer to the mark and make the statement with his music that Paycheck is desiring.
Being in a new and different country, with all its various cultural differences, and a people that do things just so much differently, adds a new challenge to an already difficult business. " The Irish people are so genuine and ready to help, that this task is so much more possible than I initially thought, "said James.
Being based out of Londonderry (Derry), Ireland, in the Waterside district, creates an atmosphere that is reminiscent of days gone by, with the wafting aroma of coal in the air on a cool night, the narrow cobblestone streets. The odd passerby that salutes you with the greeting "Cheers", and the sound of 400 year old church bells in the distance, all add to the experience of being in a land so old and steeped in our musical heritage that one has no choice but to become inspired to write music that has a fresh vibrant hint of where it all started.
The rumor mill has Paycheck hooking up with a group of musicians that are famous in their own right around the Northern Ireland and Donegal area. "Off The Cuff" is a group of Irish musicians that can stand their ground with the best pickers Nashville has to offer and they take their country music seriously. Although still in talks, the men seem to be all pleased with the collaboration and ready to hit the music trails, so to speak.
Under the guidance of the well known Irish Cowboy (Keith Wright), CASHnCHECKS is destined for heights that already has the group with a song at #6 on the NMW country music charts and more on the way, with the next chart bound song being a track titled "Catching On". In the US, the group is being carefully watched over by the famous Gary Bradshaw from WHP (Western Heart Promotions) in Phoenix, Arizona. Bradshaw is a personal friend to James and there are rumors coming out of Phoenix that Bradshaw and Paycheck have been talking about doing some big things throughout the UK and Europe with a multi-talent showcase, bringing some of the biggest names to the fans around the globe.
The insider is telling us that C&C's management has been in talks with a local university in the Derry area to produce a world class music video (or two) plus record at least two new albums in Ireland before they move on to other countries. The one album is promising to be a Christmas dedication that will be filled with special appearances by some very famous and popular Irish stars, adding to the vision that Paycheck has about getting more in touch with the roots of country music.
Hearsay of a female to be added to the group, in the form of Michelle Smith will be an amazing collaboration that will again raise the talent level and quality of an already successful group.
From a meeting with the Mayor (Paul Fleming) of Derry in his chambers to the publishing's of the groups upcoming events in the Derry Journal and Londonderry sentinel, CASHnCHECKS has received high marks from the North Ireland community. The Maiden City is excited to hear more from the famous country music band CASHnCHECKS and have already made a splash that is heard throughout the land of Leprechauns and the pot of gold!
