It's Karma, Baby: Lets do some good!

Because of Nepal’s current government, many average citizens are not getting the healthcare, education and overall quality of life that they deserve. With the help of volunteers like you, we can help those who live beneath the poverty live, those living on less than $1.25 per day, improve their living conditions.

Volunteering in Nepal combines the opportunity to help others with exploring and understanding a new country and culture! There are many different and unique volunteers programs in Nepal to get involved in. Some include:

•   Teaching English- Many colleges throughout the world prefer students to speak English, the language that is quickly becoming the world standard. By teaching a child to read and write you are paving a road for great opportunities later on in life and giving them a chance to take hold of their own futures as you encourage them to aim high and go far!

•   Improving Health Standards- Many people around the world don’t have clean water to drink or get the medical help they deserve. Whether you are digging a well in a village or helping to provide vaccines to children, anything you do when volunteering in Nepal helps. Medical students are encouraged to help learn new skills and experience new situations as they work towards creating better health standards for the people of Nepal.

•   Community Maintenance – Many rural communities throughout Nepal lack basic buildings and community maintenance. As a volunteer, you may be involved in building a school for children to learn or improving roads to help ease travel.
