CrossFit Stafford Moving to a New Location!

April 4, 2010 - PRLog -- John Beiswanger, managing partner of CrossFit Stafford, announced that CrossFit Stafford is changing locations on May 3rd 2010.  The new location is the Old Fire Station at 2080 Jefferson Davis Highway (Route 1) near the County Courthouse.  

CrossFit Stafford opened during the 1st week of January at Regester Chapel with morning classes.  "The church as been extremely supportive and a great location, but we knew going in that we would be limited to morning classes only.  The number of athletes participating in CrossFit has tripled since we opened and it is the right time to make the move.  We'll be posting updates on our website, http://www.CrossFitStafford.com, as we get closer to the move."

The CrossFit Stafford Team has been planning the move for some time according to John. "We're very excited about the new location.  CrossFit started on the West Coast with fire fighters and the old Fire Station is perfect for us and our athletes.  We are expanding our hours to include morning and evening group WODs (Workout of the Day). We'll also be adding another CrossFit certified coach and purchasing more equipment."  

CrossFit Stafford currently has athletes ranging in age from 15 to 58 and offers both beginner and experienced group WODs (workouts).  The staff includes CrossFit Level I & II Certified Coaches as well as an elite trainer to provide health screening, diet, nutrition and other fitness advice.
