Call Center Vendor Showcase... Early Bird Gets the Worm!

The South Central Chapter of the American Teleservices Association (ATA) is hosting their annual vendor and technology showcase in Grapevine Texas. Solution providers and vendors that cater to the contact center industry are invited to attend.
Aug. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- The South Central Chapter of the ATA is pleased to announce the annual Vendor Showcase and Technology Fair. Early bird pricing available through 8/20!

The showcase is designed to bring together solution providers that cater to the call center industry. The goal is to introduce and educate ATA members and guests on the best-in-class solutions on the market to help advance their call centers for 2011 and beyond.

The event will be hosted on Tuesday, October 5th at the Grapevine Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas which is just minues away from DFW airport.  Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. and the event will end at 4:00 p.m.

The showcase will follow 3 tracks.... Technology, People and Process. The agenda will include a key-note speaker and three panelist presentations including highlights from top vendors including Parallax and RealCom Solutions. Panel speaking spots are still available on a first come, first serve basis.

From software, to training, to hiring firms and communication systems, the ATA is looking for a wide variety of diverse providers to make this the event of the season.  This is definitely an event not to miss!

Vendor Showcase rates range from $250-$1250.  All levels include a minimum of 4 guest passes, meals and inclusion on the event program. Early bird special rates expire on August 20th.  Vendors may register through 9/20 at a higher rate.

South Central ATA chapter members and guests will have ample time for mingling with vendors and enjoy listening to our guest speakers, a continental breakfast and lunch and a speed networking exercise to enhance contacts and improve business potential.

Register by 9/15 and ATA members attend for $30 and $40 for non members.  Admission includes all meals and conference fees.
