Join American Indian Health and Services this Friday, April 2 to discuss the health and wellness needs of our Native community!

March 29, 2010 - PRLog -- American Indian Health and Services of Santa Barbara, CA is hosting a Native Community Health Forum on Friday, April 2, 2010.

Goleta, CA 93117
5:30-7:30 p.m.
Dinner will be provided.  

Please join Jonnie Reinhold, Program Developer, to discuss the needs of the Native Santa Barbara Community.  Reinhold is developing a project proposal for a Youth Development grant through the Administration for Native Americans (Administration for Children and Families). The grant FOA title is “Social and Economic Development, “ ANA Funding Opportunity Award Number HHS-2010-ACF-ANA-NA-0040.

Reinhold is brainstorming the necessary community-based services in the following program areas: Human Services, Youth Development, Arts and Culture, Community Health, and Strengthening Families.  Please come to share your input and insight into the needs of the Native community.

American Indian Health and Services of Santa Barbara is a non-profit clinic whose mission is to promote and provide quality services to improve the health and well-being of American Indians/Alaskan Natives and other community members.
