Homes Sales Down for Third Month in a Row

SACRAMENTO, Calif. Mar. 23, 2010 – Keith Springer, President at Capital Financial Advisory Services provides commentary and in-depth analysis to MarketWatch reporter Tracy Johnke on the economy and the financial markets.

New report released showing homes sales remain down for the third month in a row in February, according to the National Association of Realtors. Johnke, in her segment Stock Talk on MarketWatch, asks what effects these reports have on the market, is it encouraging and what’s going on in Wall Street? “With continuing low interest rates, liquidity and negative investor sentiment stocks will continue to improve,” Springer replies.

“Individual emotional investors do not have faith in the market, even though market indicators remain strong,” Springer continues. “Government will likely continue to stimulate the market, as it remains resilient.”
