March 23, 2010 - PRLog -- DALLAS – Godwin Ronquillo PC is proud to announce that four firm attorneys have earned selections to the 2010 Texas Rising Stars listing.

Recognized in the April edition of Texas Monthly magazine among the top young attorneys in Texas are appellate shareholder Shawn McCaskill, commercial litigation senior associate James Johanns, commercial litigation associate Ira Bowman, and commercial litigation and appellate associate Stefanie Major.

“These four attorneys are enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate about their work for clients, like all the lawyers at our firm,” says Donald E. Godwin, firm Chairman and CEO. “Their exemplary work on behalf of business clients in a wide range of industries proves they deserve to be included among the top young lawyers in Texas.”

Rising Stars selections are based on nominations made by attorneys appearing on the prestigious Texas Super Lawyers list. Four Godwin Ronquillo shareholders, Mr. Godwin, Bruce Bowman Jr., Marcos Ronquillo and R. Alan York, earned recognition on the most-recent Texas Super Lawyers list.

Rising Stars recognition is reserved for the top Texas attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or have been in practice fewer than 10 years. This year's list appears in the April issue of Texas Monthly magazine and in Texas Rising Stars, a magazine co-produced by the publishers of Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Media Inc.
