Rising Rental Demand In Fleet Means More Opportunities For Buy To Let Investors

The availability of finance for first-time buyers has not improved significantly since last year and is still stifling the sales market, leading to increased demand in the rental sector.
Says Leaders lettings manager, Jacqui Budd: “We have had an incredibly busy start to the year, with particularly high demand for all types of properties in Fleet – from small flats to large houses and everything in between! We are finding that good quality properties are being snapped up quickly, with many people looking to rent for longer than ever before. At the end of this month the team are planning to undertake a charity walk in Fleet, also in aid of STEPS.
