Paella Parties - A New Concept In Specialist Home Catering!

March 19, 2010 - PRLog -- Chef John Robbins specializes in cooking delicious paellas in peoples’ homes, in front of their guests, bringing all his own equipment with him. His paella recipes vary between meat-based, seafood, and vegetarian, suiting all palates and preferences. He uses imported Spanish ingredients wherever possible, linked with fresh local produce to create authentic Paella flavours and ambience. This new concept in home catering seems to have hit the nail on the head in today’s difficult financial times.

John says “It is tremendous fun, cooking in peoples homes, creating  paellas from fresh ingredients in front of their guests – it sometimes becomes a ‘masterclass’, the paella pan becoming a conversation piece, with  discussions on how to make the paella, and conversations around the history of the dish”.



Based in Petworth, West Sussex, John started his paella parties just last summer,  and it’s catching on fast!
