March 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Recent news from Southern California Edison has prompted hb Solar of southern California to begin its attempts at leasing roof-top space to install Photo-Voltaic systems on them. Using the “SCIROCCO” racking system, the roof will not have to be penetrated, nor will ballasts (extra weight) have to be used to secure the system down. This is especially good for structures that may not be able to support too much weight, and because the roof-tops will be leased no penetration to the roof is wanted.
