The library plans a story time March 18 with the world's tallest cat, and it's not the Cat in the Hat. Scarlett's Magic stretches 17.1 inches from shoulder to toe and is the Guinness World Record Holder for the Tallest Domestic Cat.

The Savannah breed is a cross between the African Serval and a domesticated breed that can be trained to walk on a leash, play fetch and go in the water.

The female feline lives at The Savannah Cat Shoppe in Corona.

Story time will begin at 3:30 p.m. at the library,
