March 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Have you been told create a Vision Board, but you have no idea what it actually is or how to use it?

They seem all the rage at the moment, yet most of us aren't using this wonderful tool. Vision Boards can actually go by many names: Vision Board, Manifestation Maps or Dream Boards. There are many others to.

A vision board is simply a collection of images, words, phrases which represent things that you want to happen in your life. They are normally all grouped together or a board or large sheet of paper. They are your end result. The images are things that you want to create and manifest in your life, not the goals or wishes of your parents, friends or co workers. They are things that you want to achieve. You'll see these board ideally at least twice a day, when you wake up and when you go to bed. More than that is brilliant.

There is absolutely no limit to what you can put on your board. Yes, that really does mean there is no financial limit too. If you have a desire to put any image on your board, it is because on some level you believe you can achieve it. That doesn't mean you will.

Did You Know?

You don't just have to have one board.

You can have a short term goal board, medium term goal board and a long term goal board. When creating what you want, there is actually no difference in how quickly something can come to you. Yet, I know you think some of your goals are 'big' goals and will take time because that is what you have been taught. We grow up only having one birthday a year. We receive twice a presents, at Christmas and on your birthday. Yet, you can receive presents every day of the year and of your life.

Life Boards

You can create a vision board for each area of your life. Career/Business, Relationships, Family, Personal Growth, Spirituality and Stuff you Want to Do and Have.

Vision Books or Journals

You don't even need to create and hang a board up on a wall. You can cut out images, phrases from magazines, the www. You can eve draw them and put them in a vision journal. The same principles apply you have to look at it daily. The images must all mean something to you.
