With additional inclusions that had a worth of over $51,000, home buyers were able to get better value for their home and house plans with only a total cost of $4,990.

Unlike the new living edge series, the edge series collection offered various house plans features. Some of these features were the Madison front entry door, the aluminum fly screens with fiber glass mesh, the designer kitchen layout, the Metabox drawer systems, and the ducted heating unit that came with a programmable thermostat.
