Move around your head slowly and allow the warm light enter to the eyelids. This exercises help to make muscles become stronger.

4. “Feed the eyes” with healthy food to improve your eyesight naturally
Choose good nutrients in your daily menu. Fruits such as strawberry, citrus, blueberries, billberries, tomato and vegetables such as spinach, carrots and any green leafy veggies  have to be added to your meal to keep the nervous system healthy. Eggs, fish, nuts are food that contain protein, omega 3 to get better vision clarity.
