Dinosaur Bedding and other dinosaur stuff!

March 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Dinosaur Bedding is not about bedding for dinosaurs as the name may imply, but it is about dinosaur themed beds, duvets, curtains and bedroom accessories as well as the best rated toys, books, and DVDs and dinosaur themed bedroom ideas. We have gathered all of the most interesting dinosaur items from around the world and the Internet and put them all on one easy to use site. There are also tips and ideas to make a dinosaur themed bedroom for example, if you are artistic and have the time and money then there are loads of ideas for a room transformation. A custom dinosaur bed made from plywood or MDF is not that difficult, however after the time and cost of materials it won’t be much cheaper than a ready-made dinosaur bed. You could also make your own dinosaur bedding using fabric paint and some simple stencils to create a unique duvet cover and sheets and pillows. How about a mirrors or chalk board? They are another great and simple themed bedroom addition, just take a normal mirror you don’t use or find a second hand one at a market sale and glue it to a plywood cut-out of your child’s favorite dino and paint to match the room
The same can be done to make a cheap yet effective chalk board, simply scale your stencil up accordingly and paint an area in the centre with some black matt paint (this will be the chalk area) this can then be attached to a simple stand or fixed to the wall for security. Another idea is to create some simple bookends for your child’s dinosaur book collection, trace round your child’s favorite dinosaur, something around 25 centimeters will be good, then using an angle bracket fix this cut out to a thick wooden base, then simply repeat this for the opposite side and then paint some parents are obviously more talented than others and on our site you can see a photo of a custom made bed by a very talented and keen couple who made a bed with the theme of a dinosaur open mouth, complete with teeth and tongue and they finished the effect with a mural on the wall for the rest of the T.rex. Now I think this is a great idea if you have the time and talent and of course the money for materials, but you don’t have to spend so much time or effort to have a great themed room, remember for a small child even a few stickers on the wall can be enough to satisfy them.
