Hutchinson Metro Center Introduces New Amenities to Meet Growing Demand

The Class A office complex in the Bronx recently opened a new on-site pharmacy as well as an Executive Car Wash & Detailing Center. The pharmacy, which is located on the main level of the 1200 Waters Place building, is a full service pharmacy with a pharmacist on staff ready to fill the prescription needs of tenants as well as patients visiting the numerous medical practices located at the complex. The Executive Car Wash & Detailing Center, which is located on the lower level of the parking garage of 1250 Waters Place, offers a full range of car detailing services. It is operated by the detailing division of Executive Paint Protection, which specializes in high-end luxury automobiles.

The pharmacy and car detailing center are the start of a series of new amenities and services slated to open at the Hutchinson Metro Center in the coming months. Other planned amenities include a full service branch of Hudson Valley Bank, a mobile phone store, nail salon and a Metro Food Pavilion. In addition, a new covered parking garage is under construction and a new guardhouse is being built at the entrance to the 1200 and 1250 Waters Place buildings.

Tenants at the Hutchinson Metro Center currently enjoy a wide array of amenities including a full-service Metro Café, fitness center, state-of-the-art teleconferencing center, on-site child care facility, attended gatehouse with 24/7 security, landscaped courtyards with gardens and seating/dining areas, ATM, dry cleaners and sundry shop.
