March 12, 2010 - PRLog -- Tuesday March 9th on a windy night the Troubadour in West Hollywood, California hosted one of the biggest Indie shows seen there this year. The bill was a full 4 band set that started at 7:00pm to a sold out crowd.

The first band to hit the stage was O' Brother. They hail from Atlanta, Georgia. The band gave it their all as the crowd started to slowly form. With a Thrice/Indie sound, they helped start things off on a decent foot for the night. While they weren't horrible for an opening I wouldn't rush to see them again.

Then after them was Biffy Clyro. This UK band brought a good sound to this show. They had a mix of upbeat and slow. It was a band the crowd really got into and they probably picked up more then a few new fans at this show. They all played with their shirts off and Cheap Monday Jeans. With powerful lyrics mixed with a nice beat, these guys have really put together a good sound.

The third band to take stage really won me over as a new band I have been telling everyone about. They are from Nashville, Tennessee and called The Features. When they first took the stage I thought it was a weird mix of lumberjacks and sailors, but when they played it was amazing. The have a very different indie sound that I haven't really heard a lot of. Their lyrics can speak to anyone and the songs they play make you want to rock out. They were a great choice to get the crowd ready for Manchester Orchestra.

Finally Manchester Orchestra took the stage. These guys are from Atlant, Georgia but they know how to put on an Los Angeles type show.  They played everyones favorites like"Shake It Out" and "Everything To Nothing" amoung the awesome playlist. They play songs that get a crowd moving and really into the songs. Their music really contects with their fans. For the encore they played "50 Cent" and a few othe. This is a band I think if you haven't seen live you should. They also played a new song from their new cd that will be out in the summer.

This tour started in Texas and will end in April, but after that they will be joining Thrice till May 9th.

Check out their tour info.
