Lennar Hosting Complimentary First-time Homebuyer Seminar This Weekend At Westpark And Kavala Ranc

March 11, 2010 - PRLog -- SACRAMENTO, CA — In an effort to educate homebuyers, Lennar will be hosting a complimentary Homebuying 101 seminar this Saturday, March 13th at two of their master-planned communities, WestPark in Roseville and Kavala Ranch in Rancho Cordova.  The seminar will present first-time homebuyers with the necessary information and answer questions about how to search for a new home, financing and the extended federal tax credit that will help all homebuyers get into the home of their dreams.

A representative from Universal America Mortgage Company of CA, Lennar’s preferred lender, will be conducting the seminar on-site at the WestPark Sales Pavilion on Saturday at 11 a.m. and at Kavala Ranch Sales Pavilion at 2 p.m.

“We are offering two seminars and locations so that prospective buyers have the choice to attend one or both,” said Laura Stickelman, Sales Manager for Lennar Sacramento. “This seminar will be especially beneficial for first-time homebuyers and will address the homebuying process and explain how you can still take advantage of the extended tax credit for a limited time!”

These informative sessions will cover financing for first-time homebuyers, down payment assistance availability and the essential “do’s and don’ts” of homebuying.

Snacks and refreshments will be served at each of the seminars. The Kavala Ranch Sales Pavilion is located at 11886 Elk View Way in Rancho Cordova and WestPark’s Sales Pavilion is located at 1073 Branston Drive in Roseville.

Customers can tour four models that demonstrate plans from all three of our Kavala Ranch’s communities; Cazadero, Andravida and Verano.  Floorplan styles range from approximately 1,463 to 3,491 square feet.
