While III Forks is usually only open evenings for dinner, on the occasion of Easter Sunday, they plan on serving a special Easter Brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Executive Chef Joe Everett and his team are preparing a memorable Three Course Easter Celebration, beginning with your choice of Cream of Asparagus Soup, a delightful culinary salute to the season or a famous III Forks Salad.

Your entrée choices, all served with whipped potatoes, sugar snap peas and off-the-cob cream corn are equally tempting. Fork-tender

Chateaubriand (only USDA Prime Beef, of course), Fire Roasted Chicken with Crabcake St. Francis (if you’ve never had the III Forks Crabcake St. Francis, you’re in for a delicious revelation) or pan-seared King Salmon.  

And it wouldn’t be Easter without something sweet, so you’ll have another decision to make: velvety Chocolate Mousse or classic Peach Melba?

The Easter Celebration menu will also feature an assortment of favorite III Forks’ tantalizing Beginnings: Seafood Medley, Ahi Tuna, Lobster Bisque, and as well selections from the Beef Market and Fish Market.
