Rolf Bezemer to lead StepStone Solution’s growing ASEAN subsidiary.

With more than 5 years of senior management experience in the technology industry, and substantial exposure to international markets, Bezemer will lead StepStone Solutions’s growing ASEAN and Australia operations.

Prior to the relocation, Bezemer had been instrumental in building the Benelux organisation – bringing it from a small contributor within StepStone Solutions to one of our key businesses. Bezemer brings a wealth of experience and will now use his know how to help grow the business in Asia. He is moving to Singapore with his family and will be reporting into the Regional Director for the APAC region, Erik Schmit. Before joining the StepStone Solutions family, Bezemer was International Partner Manager at a Talent Acquisition vendor responsible for Central Eastern Europe, Southern Europe and the APAC operation. In addition, he previously worked in consultancy and held sales roles at Aon Corporation, the leading global provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human capital consulting.

Bezemer's appointment further underlines StepStone Solutions’s strong belief in the Talent Management market potential in Asia. StepStone Solutions Singapore started its operations in 2007 and now has numerous international clients from industries ranging from Banking to Engineering, Government and Pharmaceutical.
