Dacor will have the kitchen heating up with fierce culinary-world masterminds the likes of which Cooks & Corks has never seen for the 32nd annual festival. With the help from Executive Chef Back of Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge at the Bellagio Resort and Casino, Chef Robin Miller of the Food Network, Bravo “Top Chef” Carla Hall, Bravo “Top Chef” Season 5 Winner Hosea Rosenberg, and Chef Alex Stratta Executive Chef from the Corsa Cucina & Bar at the Wynn Las Vegas will astound guests with cooking presentations while divulging culinary secrets and tricks of the trade. Wine expert Anthony Giglio and award-winning contributor to numerous publications, including Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure, and New York Magazine will host wine seminars and guests enjoy live mixology demonstrations by Bombay Sapphire brand ambassador, Milo Rodriguez. Exquisite cuisine prepared by many of Arizona’s hottest restaurants as well as wine tastings in the atrium will be available for samplings. Attendees will be able to peruse the high-tech kitchen appliances and products being used for the demonstrations while meeting the Chefs as they will be in the lounge for special appearances and book signings.
