How fast it can be done?

8 hour processing:

If you get everything done by 8.00 AM Vietnam time, we will send you the letter by 5.00 PM (8 working hours processing)

4 hour processing:

- Morning request: If you get everything done by 8.00 AM Vietnam time, we will send you the letter by 12.00 PM (4 hour processing)

- Noon request: If everything is done (application and payment) is done by 1.00 PM, Vietnam time, we will send you the letter by 5.00 PM same day (4 hour processing).

2.5 hour processing:

- Morning request: If you get everything done by 9.00 AM Vietnam time, we will send you the letter by 11.30 PM (2.5 hour processing)
- Noon request: If everything is done (application and payment) is done by 2.00 PM, Vietnam time, we will send you the letter by 4.30 PM same day (2.5 hour processing).

What if my flight is on Saturday and Sunday?

Please be advised that no visa can be processed on weekends, But we can offer you guaranteed service and pick up visa at the airport. Depend on your case and your flight details, please contact us directly to have more information.

How much does it cost?



• For 8 hour processing: 15 USD will be added up to the normal processing fee for all visa types

• For 4 hour processing: 20 USD will be added up to the normal processing fee for all visa types

• For 2.5 hour processing: 30 USD will be added up to the normal processing fee for all visa types


Can it be guaranteed?

In most cases, there is NO problem for getting an approval letter within 4 working hours, however, it CANNOT be guaranteed, in case your application is declined by the Immigration Department for same day processing, we will REFUND you the whole amount paid.
