Follow on Google News | New Employee Wellbeing Training launched by corporate wellness consultants RightwayRightway have developed a new range of training courses to provide employee wellbeing skills to a wide range of professionals including managers and HR professionals. The courses are based on their popular course which is endorsed by SkillsActive.

Four new courses have been developed, aimed at Managers, HR Professionals, Health Professionals and Employee Health Champions respectively. Each course covers the basics of employee wellbeing followed by specialist content combining innovative practical solutions with up-to-the-minute thinking on improving physical and mental wellbeing at work. Each off-the-shelf course lasts for two days, with bespoke training available on request. They can be delivered inhouse or at centres nationwide. Rightway was established in 2007 to fill a gap between health and safety, human resources and occupational health departments. Clients range from small training companies to nationwide architects, government departments and universities with almost 4500 staff. The company is accredited to provide training for the Royal Society for Public Health and the Relaxation for Living Insitute.
