March 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Answer United can now deliver messages to cell phones via SMS (text messaging) and the client has the added benefit of being able to reply to the SMS.  This saves time for accounts that require confirmation that a message was received by dispatch personnel.  No more calling in to the Center to say that you received the call, instead simply reply to the text message.  

Answer United also now offers its Appointment Scheduling accounts a web based calendar that both the client and the answering service agent can use to schedule appointments simultaneously.  Prior to the deployment of this software, both could not use the same calendar at the same time.

In addition, Answer United is going green and offers its invoices to clients via e-mail.  This reduces the need for paper and the disposal of such paper.  It also allows the client to receive the invoice faster and in turn, manage their cash flow better.
