I use supplements such as L-carnitine, vitamin B-5, alpha-lipoic acid and Co-Q10 because they facilitate improved lipid (fat) utilization and produce increased cellular energy which allows for improved stamina – useful when trying to support an individual’s efforts to maintain an exercise program.”
