Forty Years Experience provides a basis for New Consulting Business  

Williamstown, NJ – February 20, 2007 – Relying on lessons learned over the past forty years, Tom Baselice has launched a consulting business.  The business handles all aspects of Marketing Consulting and specializes in Customer Service Training.  Tom’s background includes starting in the mailroom, then into Customer Service and various Sales and Marketing positions at Westinghouse Electric.  When the division was purchased by Eaton | Cutler-Hammer, Tom ran Customer Service for two regions of the country.  In addition, he served in the role of Total Quality Manager.  His experiences in these assignments provide an extensive knowledge base to help any size company.  From developing a Marketing Strategy Plan to improving a workflow process, Tom is welcoming any challenges.  

In addition to his work experience, Tom has spent the last 6 years teaching Marketing Courses at Camden County College and more recently at Philadelphia University.   The combination of practical and academic experience provides an asset to any size company.

Tom is continuously conducting customer service research that is utilized in his EXPECTCEED™ Customer Service workshops.
