Greenland Introduces New Brand at Gulfood 2010

Feb. 26, 2010 - PRLog -- At the Gulfood exhibition this year, leading Egyptian white cheese producer Greenland introduced their second brand of production and packaging, the Americana dairy production, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from February 21 to 24.

“New in 2010, we are now producing and packaging juices, milks, white cheese, mozzarella cheese and processed cheese for Americana,” explained Hamdy Abd El Raouf, Chairman and Managing Director of Greenland.

Additionally, Greenland showcased their own brand’s dairy products and services. Their products include European style feta cheese, processed cheese, milk, juices and fresh dairy items.

“The Gulfood exhibition is a great opportunity for us to establish our white cheese industry leadership,” explained Abd El Raouf, “And we do this through direct contact with our current and potential customers.”

Working in both the retail and food service sectors, Greenland now produces a more specialized line of mozzarella cheese to meet the needs of fast food and restaurant chains.
